Five things to check before adopting a new tool
A new feature becomes useful when it fits a real task.

01
First, identify the problem it solves and whether you actually have that problem. Clear scope matters more than a long feature list.
02
Second, try a representative input. Third, check whether the result exports in a format your existing workflow can use.
03
Fourth, verify current plans, limits, trial periods, watermarks, and seat requirements on the official site. Directory pricing links are not price verification.
04
Fifth, understand storage, deletion, and the cost of leaving. Test with public sample data before sharing important material.
